Apr. 18 NEW PAINS TO PREVENT TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS WITH CHILDREN: A big pneu, a children-bicycle, twisted and battered and children and grown-ups staring terrified at this picture. Accidents with children are in the Federal Republic of Western Germany a big problem, the rate is here in this country 3 times higher than in the other countries Italy or France. Its a signal to fight against as quick as it is possible. Therefore from the German traffic watch and from big car-enterprises the Furtherance Society Children-Traffic-Club is founded. With help of the Beforeschool Parliaments, week-end-seminars, travelling-theatres and policemen and other persons are teached to better the situation for children in traffic
