The fleet of 200 Dauphine Minicabs owned by WELBECK MOTORS and backed by millionaire ISAAC WOLFSON went into operation in London this afternoon-in opposition to the normal London Taxicab..The Minicabs are not allowed to ply for hire-but are booked by radio telephone..there was an incident in fleet Street this afternoon when a Minicab driver came into dispute with an oridinary cabbie..
