May 05, 1969 - THE LATEST SAFETY DEVICE - FOR DOG CAR PASSENGERS: A factory in Berlin have just introduced on the market a safety jacket for dogs riding in cars. The dog's front legs pass through circular openings in the safety jacket which have belts attached. These are fixed to the back of the coat which prevents the dogs from hindering the driver, also acting as a safety device. The Berlin enterprise who introduced this novelty have already received orders from Switzerland, America, France, Africa and even from the Philippines.
