Jul. 07, 1968 - Futuristic car for new space film: The latest space film now being shot at Pinewoods is called Doppleganger a story about a American Astronaut in a space exploration drama. The start of the film is 30 year old Roy Thinnes an American actor making his film debut he is better known on American T.V. for his parts in the Invaders, and The Long Hot Summer'. The story is set in the last decade of this century which concerns the discovery of a planet behind the Sun, co-starring with Thinnes are Patrick Wymark, Ian Hendry, Herbert Lom.
