The trophy, which is recognised as one of the premier awards in the motoring calendar, was presented by Mr. Anthony Royle. Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs- to M. Raymond Ravenel, President Director General of Citroan S.A. the ceremony was at the Talk of the Town Photo shows M. Raymond Ravenel with the trophy seated in the Car of the Year - Citroen GS at the Talk of the Town this afternoon
