Oct. 31, 1970 - Managing director leaves his Rolls Royce in the Garage and sets off to his London office on a Motor Cycle : Each morning managing director Michael Wood leaves his Rools Royce in the garage - and sets off for his London office on his Japanese motor cycles. It used to take him an hour and a half along the M. 4 from his Maidenhead home to his Piccadilly, London, office. New it takes him just ever 50 minutes. His Rolls does cycles does 55. Said 42-year-old Mr. Wood, of Bath Road, Maidenhead. I get tired of travelling to London every day through heavy traffic. The other alternative was the train, but after travelling in Stuffy carriages I felt tired out when I got home. Now commuting is enjoyable, says Mr. Wood, managing director of Eurosurvey, a firm of International management consultants.
