Dec. 12, 1956 - World's smallest midget couple Sue Bertram Mills. Cast at the law courts.: Mr. Henry Behrens who - at 30 inches - claims to be the world's smallest midget - and his 36 inch wife Emmie today sued Betram Mills Ltd. alleging negligence - and claiming damages fro shock and injuries received when three or four elephants stampeded into the booth in which they were reading newspapers.
