Feb. 25 Europe expanding ports turn to land reclamation The French, Dutch and Belgians are racing each other for the lion share of Europe lucrative shipping trade. At Marseilles, Dunkirk, Rotterdam and Antwerp, vast land reclamation schemes are in progress to provide land for improved amenities and adjacent industrial development.
