Is Mr. Wirrwa a financial genius? Everybody in Western Germany is talking about Erich Wirrwa (49) from Hamburg. He has found the society for increasing private property. He was arrested and let free again. His accounts were confiscated but only for a few days. On the 1st of March he paid almost a quarter of a million German Marks to his customers, gave them brand new motor cars and other property they wanted for about 15% of the real value.
