Feb. 26 Manhattan Borough President Hulan Jack, temporarily relinquished his duties and responsibilities several hours after a New York County grand jury hit him with an indictment which placed his job in jeopardy. Hulan Jack is charged with conspiracy to obstruct justice and three violations of the City Charter. Jack is New York top negro officer.
