Jul. 07, 1962 - Federal attorney-general provisionally sent on leave The German Federal Minister of Justice Stammberger has sent the Federal attorney-general Wolfgang Fraenkel, (our picture), provisionally on leave. Fraenkel succeeded the attorney-general Guede on April 1st, 1962. The cause is that in East-Germany the accusation has been made that the highest attorney of the Federal Republic of Germany has taken part in passing blood sentences when working with the Reich attorney-ship in Leipzig from 1936 till 1943. Minister of Justice Stammberger has ordered an exact examination of this accusation
