1961 - The First Meeting Of The Royal Commission On The Press At York Terrace: The first meeting of the Royal commission on the Press took place today at York Terrace, Regents Park. The commission is headed by Lord Shawcross, the former Attorney General, and includes four other members, Professor Robert Browning, Sir Graham Cunningham, Mr. W.B. Reddaway and Mr. W.J.P. Webber.
