Mar. 03, 1965 - Model of the Rotterdam in city A 40-foot long model of the liner Rotterdam, the largest ship model in the world, has been lent by its owners, Holland-American Line, for a Sea Travel in the Sixties display, which opens today outside the Royal Exchange, in the City of London. The model, which weighs five ton, was made by 20 craftsmen in three months, at a cost of £4, 000. Special arrangements were made by police to prevent traffic chaos as it was brought to the Royal Exchange and lifted by crane to a stand outside.
