Cavalcade of fashion, Bath

May 13, 1953 - London, England, United Kingdom - A cavalcade of fashion from the 18th to the 20th century is being held through the streets of the City of Bath as part of the Bath Assembly celebrations. The dresses and costumes have been collected from families living in and around Bath and the West of england, and ladies of the citys fashionable past arrived at the Octagon in sedan chairs. Children and young adults look on as Mrs. F.R. Jarman arrives at the Octagon in an ornate sedan chair. (Credit Image: (c) KEYSTONE Pictures/ZUMA Wire/ZUMAPRESS.com/Mary Evans)
