May 20, 1964 - Jousting - Down in Somerset, getting all togged up: Jousting knights armed with lances and swords will be seen in Britain again soon after 125 years. Seven top point horsemen will do battle at the Elizabethan Montacute House, Yeovil, Somerset on June 27th. It is part of the &2, 500 one day sports tournament to be run by the National Trust. Complete with chain mail Armour'Knights were to be seen in training for the big events yesterday. Photo shows Lieut. Michael Goodbody is helped don his Armour by his opponent Lieut. Ralph Cowdy for their battle at Yeovil yesterday
