Mar. 03, 1972 - Treasures of Tutankhamun Exhibition at the British Museum. The Exhibition of the Treasures of Tutankhamun will be inaugurated by the Queen today at the British Museum, London. From tomorrow the exhibition will be open to the public until Sept 30. Photo Shows: One of the exhibits in the exhibition of this child's chair - both in form and construction this wooden chair is typical of its period. although the chair bears no inscription, its inclusion in Tutankhamun's tomb leaves little room for doubt that it was made for him when he was a child
