Nov. 11, 1967 - CHRISTIAN CAMPAIGN FOR NUCLEAR DISARMAMENT STAGE SILENT PRAYER VIGIL. The Christian Group for Nuclear Disarmament today held a silent prayer vigil on the steps of St. Martin-in-the-Fields church as part of the CND'S demonstration against the launching of Britain's third Polaris submarine REPULSE at Barrow-in Furness, today.
