Oct. 10, 1964 - Denmark - Mr. Nielsen And His One-Man-Navy Probably Finest Private Model Warship Collection In World.: Said to be one of the best most consistent model ship constructors in the world is Denmark's Mr. Christian L. Nielsen former - and now retired. He has built model warships for the past forty years - and has the finest collection in his country - and possibly in the world. He specialises in British Warships - and during the second world war he had to complete British Navy - in Model form. Every time he received information about a sunken or severely damaged vessel - his model underwent the same treatment. Each of the models takes him something like 100 hours to construct.
