Feb. 29 Fifty seven years ago a two year old American Negro boy (shown in Photo) stared apprehensively into the big eye of a camera. Unknowingly he depicted some of the anxiety felt by members of his race in a society where they often ranked as second rate citizens. The child, Thurgood Marshall, was destined to play a major role in bringing about great social changes to help relieve the troubled expressions and lives of minority groups throughout the land
