Oct. 10, 1968 - WEST INDIAN STUDENT CHAINED HIMSELF TO GOVERNMENT BUILDING AS A PROTEST. Yesterday afternoon Cameron Wottell, a West Indian Student went to the main door of Atlantic House, a Government building in Holborn in London and chained himself to it as a protest against Racialism in Employment in this country.
