Mar. 08, 1968 - Extradition bid on murder charge: A US warrant for his arrest has been issued and proceedings were due to start in Hartford, Connecticut, today to extradite Robert Lipman, 37, of New York City, to London to face charges of murdering an 18-year old French model. Scotland Yard has been hunting Lipman, an American, since the half-naked body of Claudie Danielle Delbarre was found in her small apartment in Chelsea last September.
