Feb. 29 Historical Clock The south tower of Castle Rushen, Castletown, I.O.M. with the clock which was presented by Queen Elizabeth in 1597, when she held the island during a period of dispute as to the rightful succession of rival Derby claimants. The clock which has only three wheels, still keeps excellent time
