Aug. 08, 1954 - French Students At The County Hall: A party of about 60 French students who are in this country for a month on a summer languages course organised by the Cite Club Universitaire, today visited the County Hall, where they heard a talk on the work of the L.C.C. and saw the Council's film Capital County, after which they toured the County Hall.
