Sep. 09, 1955 - Otto Hahn Prize for Mrs. Lise Meitner. The new Otto Hahn Prize was handed today to Mrs. Prof. Lise Meitner during a meeting of the society of German chemists which took place at Munich. The prize is golden medal and DM 25.000. Mrs. Prof. Lise Meitner is the chief of a laboratory in a scientific academy in Stockholm and was for a long time assistant to Professor Hahn. OPS: (f.l.t.r.)
