Mar. 03, 1958 - Blind American student get his guide dog back; Blind American student Davie Duty was reunited yesterday with Binney - his guide dog which had been in quarantine for six months. Davis came to England six months ago with his dog - to study under a scholarship for law at London University. Binney who had been his guide dog for five years had to spend the regulation six months in quarantine. Photo Shows Davis Duty and Binney happily leave the Backbridge Kannels together yesterday
