May 05, 1959 - Missing Teacher Accused Of Taking Schoolboy: A warrant was issued yesterday for the arrest of 27-year old schoolteacher Kevin Tracey, whom police wish to interview in connection with their search for 11-year old Anthony Stephens. The warrant, issued at Hinckley, Leicestershire, alleges that Tracey kidnapped Anthony, who vanished from his home in Earl Shilton, Leics, more than five weeks ago. It is the first time for 23 years that a warrant alleging kidnapping has been issued in this country. Tony, when he left home was riding a red-and-white cycle.
