Dec. 26 Appeal launched by school to be attended by Snowdon's son: Parnham House, the school for Craftsmen in Wood, in Beaminster, Dorset, today launched an appeal at the National Theater to raise funds of over &400, 00 to maintain the school. The school teaches wood craftsmanship and furniture design and construction to unparalleled standards. These present at today's appeal launch included Lord Snowdon, whose 18 year son Viscount Linley will attend the school from September, and Dr Roy Strong, Director of the Victoria and Albert Museum and one of the Patrons of Parnham House.
