Oct. 10, 1963 - Nobel Prize for Professor Hodgkin. The 1963 Nobel Prize for Medicine has been awarded jointly to Professor Alan Hodgkin, 49, his friend Professor Andrew Huxley and an Australian scientist Sir. John ECCLES.
