Jun. 06, 1966 - Examinations In Hotel Suits: The crystals chandeliers and mirrored walls of a London hotel provided a unique setting - for a G C E exam. A hundred students sat their exams there yesterday. The Associated Examination Board, one of eight who set G C E examinations - simply could not find anywhere to accommodate what they call external candidates'. So, at a cost of200, they hired the Piccadilly suits in the hotel of that name for two days. Another 350 students will take their exams there today.
