Oct. 10, 1973 - Nobel prize in medicine and physiology awarded to German Professors. Together with Professor Nicolas Tibergen, (The Netherlands) Prof. Karl von Frisch, 86, a zoologist and Prof. Konrad Lorenz, 69, famous behaviourist, were named this years Nobel laureats. Prof. Dr. Konrad Lorenz is famous throughout the world for his work in behaviourism. He is the director of the German Max Planck Institute in Seewiesen near Starnberg/Upper Bavaria and a member of many important scientific societies. Also he is working for the UNESCO.
