Oct. 10, 1972 - The Teen-ager Professor Of University: A present, unique in the world, was offered to 21-year old Athenian Dimitri Christoduolou for his birthday; a seat at the University of Athens. Born on October 19th, 1961, the youngest professor of any university in the world has today become an adult, together with the announcement of the Prime Minister Mr. George Papadopoulos, that the Government have appointed him as a professor of Theoretical Physics sat the University of athens. born in Athens, he is the only child of Mrs. Maria and Mr. Lumbros Christodoulou an employee of an Insurance Company. He attended the private school Moraitis in Athens and before he finished the high school and at the age of 15 he won a scholarship of Princeton University in the United States. Four years later he had received the degree of Ph D, with thw distinction Excellent and the highest grades ever given to a graduate during the 224 years of university life i.e. 92. With these degrees and titles on hand, the young graduate of Princeton university was named professor-Researcher with the echonological Institute Cultech of California where he stayed for the last two years. then in spite of the very attrictive proposals he had from wellknown American University of Yita, Huston, etc. he returned to greece where following a decision of the Government he was appointed professor of Theoretical Physics with the University of Athens while the Senate of Professors accepted unanimously the youngest member in the large family of international universities
