Dec. 14, 1973 - Vocational scholarships were given out yesterday at the Office de Radiodiffusion-T?l?vision Fran?aise (ORTF) in Paris. Empress Farah Pahlavi helped promote the event and 25 prize-winners participated in the ceremony that was led by Alain de Montebello, President of the Brothers of Men Association. Mrs. Farideh, the mother of Empress of Iran, who she is officially representing at the ceremony, and Mrs. Messmer, the wife of the Prime Minister, are pictured with the winners
