May 05, 1980 - 100th Birthday Oswald Spengler: At May 29th, 1886 in Blankenburg/West-Germany the professor for history and cultural - philosopher Oswald Spengler (Oswald Spengler, picture) was born. In it he developed his theory, after it the world history till now was a unconnect side by side of eight independent high cultures.
