Nov. 11, 1958 - Journalists visit a military hospital in Hamburg: On Nov.18th, 1958 journalists visited one of the largest military hospitals of the Bundeswehr in Hamburg Wandsbek. The hospital which has been used until a short time ago as a British military hospital is to be expanded to a regular capacity of 400 beds, and in cases of emergency it can be expanded to hold 800 beds. It has been emphasized that, although the momentary establishment has rather a temporary character, the sick soldiers are being looked after by well accomplished doctors and military and civil medical personell. The equipment of instruments, Rontgen and laboratory fittings, sick beds and other equipment is being delivered
