The whole undeer the general title of the Free Speech Weekend, because the organisers aim to use it to publicise their dislike of censorship and to raise a few quid for a London underground newspaper called the international times (more auccintly, IT). the bloke mainly behind all this is John Hopkins, a journalist of 29, who lives in Baysweater. photo shows.
