May 05, 1960 - Mr. Khruschev in his speech in eat Berlin last Friday said that the present stuation in Berlin would have to be maintained until another Summit Conference. He said that Russia would Do nothing to worsen international situation'- and bring back the cold war. In fact he said that his country woul do everything to achieve an improvement in international relations.
