Feb. 29 New Magnets, smaller motors.: this is the result of thorough research work of the Krupp Widia-factory in Essen. The newly developed oxydcaremical material Koerox 330 K enables in size and direct current motors, especially used for presses, machine tools and chemical fibre machines, considerably. Owing to the new square magnet (our picture) for example the weight can be reduced from 500 kg to 140 kg giving the same power. This means a saving of expenses due to less materials and enables the building of stronger direct current motors of the usual sizes
