Currently employed as a cold pack, joint sealer to prevent leakage in the Alaska pipeline, BFG Tuftane retains its flexibility and strength at temperatures to 100 below zero. Additional uses include medical product application protective wraps and barriers for foam as well as abrasive and wear resistant protective covering for food conveyor belting
