Sep. 09, 1954 - Youth Charges With Murder Of Girl Of Cliff Top Clifford Watson: Eighteen year old Clifford Watson of Chepstow, appeared in court at Lydney, Gloucestershire, yesterday accused of the murder of 21 year old Daphne Rosalind Davis a Librarian, of St. Margret's Road. Hendon. Her body was found in a field the Beachly Aust ferry on the River Severn, close to the officer, Mess of the Army Apprentices School, .
