Nov. 11, 1957 - A sensational confession: led to the apprehension of the real murderer in the murder trial Ermisch in the jury trial room of Essen. Accused was Herr F. Ermisch to have committed the murder of the driver August Schroer. Witness was Frau Helene Ermisch, 28, the daughter in law of the accused. After two years bothered by her conscience she confessed that her husband Friedrich Ermisch Jr. who is at time serving time for coal profiteering had killed the driver Schroer with several pistol shots. Her father in law had taken the murder upon himself two years ago in order to save the family. Only now the daughter confessed. Photo Shows (left) Frau Helefe Ermisch - (right) F.
