Oct. 10, 1957 - Witnesses in the Schoerner-process: On Oct. 1st the trial against the ex-Fieldmarschall Ferdinand Schoerner began at the district court of Munich. The following witnesses were taken in: General-Major Heinrich Hax, General out of service Heinrich and Franz Busch (who is at present general-representative) General-Major Hax is the today commander of the 3rd tank-division of the Bundeswear (German Army). He burdens Schoerner of murderous assault, because Hax had been the commander of the division at the Oder-river then
