A policeman on duty at the huge Russian victory memorial in Vienna - yesterday discovered the head of a girl - sticking out of a makeshift grave behind the memorial.. Scattered among the bushes around were the girls clothing - handbag and umbrella.. Police identified the girl as 21 year old Ilona Harber - a well known Viennese model..
