Feb. 02, 1959 - The 39 years old Erich Frey has to answer of terrible crims at the trial by jury in Bielefeld which he committed in the first months after the end of then war at the German inhabitants in Glatz (Niederlausitz). The Soviet put him in the position of the manager of the town electricity works. He is accused having committed following crims: Plundering together with armed Soviet Soldiers, imprisonment with following death, indecent assault with wives and daughters of arrested men. Witnesses from all parts of the German Federal republic came for the some weeks trail.
