Jan. 01, 1958 - Three-months-process against million-Schmitz'.: At Kan. 7, 1958 before the court of justice of commerce of the district council in Bonn, began a criminal case, estimated on three months, against Karl Schmitz (Schmitz), Alexander von Prohaska (Prohaska), Rolf Kuhlmann (Kuhlmann) and three further accused, because of fraud, criminal bancruptcy, forging of documents, usury and perjury. The public prosecutor with many experts and other helpers for the expert evidences needed two years, for preparing the accusing leaflet of nearly 20 000 pages. Because of all frauds, estimated on about five millions of DM, the main accused is called Million-Schmitz'. He had been arrested in October 1955 by help of the Interpol in the Spanish town Bilbao.
