Dec. 12 Nahashon Isaac Njenga Njorogo, the man charged for the murder of Tom Mboya on July 5th in a Nairobi main street. The preliminary inquiry lasting seven days came to an end today in the Nairobi court. The trial will now go to the High Courts. During the preliminary inquiry 64 witnesses were brought to court. The picture shows Njoroge being escorted to the court in Nairobi today (Monday August 18th)
