Nov. 11, 1959 - Dr.Merten arrived in Berlin. Berlin solicitor Dr. Max Merten (Max Merten) who was recently sentenced to 25 years of penal servitude in Greece and who was now pardoned, on Nov, 6th, 1959 arrived in Berlin, accompanied by detectives. He had come via Munich Not only Dr. Merten's wife was waiting for him at the airport in Berlin, also another detective, as a lawsuit has been instituted against him for having comitted crimes during the war.
