Mar. 22 Teacher Flies into London Airport - and is Arrested on Kidnap Charge. Mr. Kevin Tracey 29 year old schoolteacher arrived at London airport last night - and was arrested..charged with kidnapping 12 year old TONY STEPHENS of Earl Shilton, Leicestershire - who vanished from home 15 months ago. Tony father had traveled all over the continent searching for Tony - who man eventually found in Genoa.
