Mar. 31 15 Months Imprisonment For Hanke: Yesterday (11.10.) Fritz Hanke (22) was sentenced to 15 months imprisonment by the Assize Court of Stuttgart. The judgement is that Hanke has tried to kill a a person by homicide. He has shot on 5th of June 1962 on a refugee near Schierke in the Harz on the frontiere between East and Western Germany. Hanke was at that time member of the Army of the Ulbricht-Dictatorship, and has later on rescued himself. Photo shows Hanke after the passing of sentence with his defender Oteter Konig
