Taxi murderer before the court On April 30th, the US soldier Albert Logan shooted dead the Munich taxi-driver Josef Ertl in front of the barracks where he was stationed. At the hearings Logan explained, that he would not kill Ertl, he only would do something in order to be displaced because he did not agree with his commander.
