Mar. 27 Referee Dieter Huber Arose Again: In the early morning of February 15t, 1978 the CSU-referee Dieter Huber, who was vanished since February 13th, was found at the edge of a highway near Munich. There he was thrown out of a car, trudged himself to the next emergency call and then he was brought to a hospital, for he had a great shock. Yesterday a German press agency got a letter, where unknown persons named KGS wrote, that they now want to see, how Franz Josef Strauss ( chairman of the CSU) sizes up the value of a human life.
